ever-changing in the lightInto the darkest night I sink watching colours change in an open window from red to blue from green to purple then back again. I watch them change inside myself then back again. My heart beats at a quickening pace, it shifts and changes, then back again. Sensations are fleeting -so are thoughts, and any attempt to hold on is elusive.
So I draw rockets with my eyes and bask in the waves, frequencies abound drift wayward in the sound
Stare, I stare into the black mirror of my instrument and speak to the mice that ever-changing in the light

for the very first timeI saw my own eyes staring back at me, big and brown and barely recognizable. My, what clarity that came in the seconds, in which they met each other in the reflection of the bathroom mirror that told only truth- A clear perception.
Everything sat down and took its place and I understood, and they understood. for the very first time

oversaturation.like feelings creeping up from within reaching out making it hard to swallow like a tree on its death bed, wilting away, and rightly so
I feel the days once so long ago
like words, bathed in that can only half-reach your gut. times that only partially enamoured
a wall white enough to stare through oversaturation.

So it's back to this now, is it?

It very well could have been a coincidence..
But my mind just doesn't process shit like that. It's blind, looming madness which I fabricated, and it's slowly manifesting itself.
Skepticism about skepticism.
A sudden realization that hit me so hard, my head nearly fell off. When that policeman looked me in the eye, I knew Trouble had come back.
I should have known better... that Trouble never goes away. He's too persistent and nagging. Trouble, the insistent ghost that'll haunt you till the day you croak. Doesn't matter what I do, because he'll always be waiting for me around the next corner.
Trouble is immortal. You can't kill Trouble. Not even early intervention will kill him. You can only kill the thing that causes Trouble. You can only really kill yourself.
